Most of my adult life, I had been frustrated with my health and appearance. I was tipping the scales at a whopping 338 lbs. My joints were aching and I had very little energy. I have three young children and I was disappointed with myself for the example I was making for them. I found myself always being depressed and tired. The unhealthy lifestyle that I was living was indirectly causing strains on my marriage and family life. I wasn’t a very good father or husband most of the time.
I’m a high school teacher and football coach by profession. In late spring of 2008, I interviewed for a head coaching job and I felt like my appearance had a lot to do with me not getting the job. I was brought in front of a committee of parents and I believe unconsciously the way I looked gave them a negative first impression. To me, not looking the part hurt my chances of getting the job. This was the straw that broke the camel’s back. At that point, I made the decision to turn over a new leaf in my life.
A great friend of mine and fellow coach had been involved with Advocare for a couple of years. I had saw the success that he had on the products, but until this point I was never very interested in even giving them a try. I finally called him up and told him that I was ready for some help. On July 8th I started out with the Herbal Cleanse and followed it with the MNS Max Energy, Thermoplus, and Catalyst.
After the first two weeks, I had lost=2 021 lbs and 3 inches off my stomach. I noticed an immediate increase in energy as soon as I started taking the MNS. Six months later, I have lost a total of 80 lbs and 12 inches off my stomach. I feel the best that I’ve felt in years, both physically and emotionally. My family and I are finally on the right track to a more healthy lifestyle and a better way of life.
